Hosts For Junior Eurovision Revealed

We have our hosts! David Aladashvili and Liza Tsiklauri will be welcoming us to Georgia in December.

David is regularly seen as a host on a variety of music programmes on GPB, and he also serves as the Artistic Director of the Tbilisi National Youth Palace.

As well as his career in TV presenting, David is also a highly accomplished musician. He began studying piano at the age of 11, and at 15 he was admitted into the prestigious Tbilisi Special Music School, where he received Georgia’s Presidential Scholarship for Piano Performance. Since then, he has studied at The Juilliard School in New York City, made his Carnegie Hall debut with a solo recital at Weill Recital Hall and released many acclaimed albums to perform at his concerts across the world. 

Liza is a Georgian TV presenter and journalist. She began her journalism career in 2008 and has been anchoring news programmes since 2014. 

Over the years, she has hosted numerous major national and international events, concerts, and television specials, including New Year’s Eve gala concerts, the EuroBasket 2022 opening ceremony, the Honorary Citizen of Tbilisi awards ceremony and many more.

Junior Eurovision returns from Tbilisi in Georgia on Saturday 13 December at 16:00 GMT.
