Former fromis_9 member Lee Seo Yeon will make her solo debut soon under H1GHR MUSIC

On November 7 KST, H1GHR MUSIC unveiled a series of mood teasers for Lee Seo Yeon’s solo debut album. The teasers hinted at Lee Seo Yeon’s mature transformation with a short, choppy hair cut and a chic makeup style.

According to H1GHR MUSIC, “Lee Seo Yeon’s solo album will be released sometime in mid-November.” The singer is expected to bring out her talents as a songwriter.

Fromis_9 is a South Korean girl group. The group consists of five members: Song Ha-young, Park Ji-won, Lee Chae-young, Lee Na-gyung, and Baek Ji-heon. 

Originally a nine-piece group, Jang Gyu-ri departed the group in July 2022, and Lee Sae-rom, Roh Ji-sun, and Lee Seo-yeon departed in February 2025.

They debuted on January 24, 2018, with the release of the extended play (EP), To. Heart, under the management of Stone Music Entertainment and creative direction and music production of Pledis Entertainment. Their management then transitioned to Off the Record Entertainment in September 2018, a new label founded by Stone Music. Pledis Entertainment took over management of the group from 2021 until 2024. In January 2025, five members of the group signed with Asnd and in June released their sixth EP, From Our 20’s.
