RTSH, has revealed that the 28 entries of Festival i Këngës 64 entries will be released on November 21. 28 entries will compete in Festivali i Këngës between December 17th-20th.
Musical director Elhaida Dani of Festival i Këngës, revealed that the Festival i Këngës 64 entries will be released on November 21. She revealed the news on a RTSH podcast at the Tirana International Fair.
The first two nights will be performances from the 28 acts, night three will be a nostalgia night, and the final night will select the winner. The contest will take place at the Pallati e Kongreseve in Tirana.
The winner(s) of the contest will be determined by 50% professional jury, 25% televoting in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia and 25% by international online voting.

Festivali i Këngës në RTSH, commonly known as Festivali i Këngës and also referred to as simply FiK or Fest, is an annual music competition in Albania organised by the national broadcaster Radio Televizioni Shqiptar (RTSH).
It has been broadcast every year since its inauguration in 1962, the festival has determined the country’s representative to the Eurovision Song Contest since 2004.
